By using SpiritValers — the website, its tools, and the Savi Discord bot — you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

A fan project

SpiritValers is a free, non-commercial, fan-made project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the developers or publishers of SpiritVale. SpiritVale and its game data, names, and artwork belong to their respective owners and are used here only to document and support the game.

The Discord bot

Savi is provided as a convenience for looking up game and build information. Your use of Discord itself is also governed by Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity under your account. Because we do not collect an email address, we cannot reset a forgotten password for you — choose one you will remember. Do not impersonate others or choose a username meant to deceive.

Your content

You keep ownership of the builds, guild data, and other content you create. By posting it, you grant us permission to store and display it as part of running the service. If you mark content public, you accept that anyone can view it. Do not upload anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, or that infringes someone else’s rights.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, overload, mass-scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the site, the bot, or the data behind them. Do not use the service to harm others or to violate any law.

Availability and accuracy

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Game data is extracted from the game and community sources and may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong — verify anything important in-game. We may change, limit, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service, including inaccurate data or lost content.

Termination

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms or that harm the service or its users.

Changes

We may update these terms; the “last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use of the site or bot means you accept the current version.
